The regulations ban combustible material above 18m, but the guidance being provided by relevant agencies has allegedly resulted in regulations not being followed. www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-40418266

Well, let's not get too carried away. It's still half-full/half-empty (as you like ), been on the shelf 3 days, and it's not exactly a monster loan. Anyway, my questions around this relate to it currently being occupied by 'several tenants' (as per the VR). I may have missed some key detail but, in short, what's happening with them? As the exit plan is to sell the property, when are they moving out and what assurances do we have that they definitely will and cannot obstruct that process? How is the borrower going to sell this property when there are several tenants currently there and the place is 'untidy' (as per the VR)? If this loan defaults prior to it being sold and Collateral need to repossess the property, will the tenants have any rights to remain?

Yes... a good loan judging solely by the numbers.. But something I could never put my finger on prevented me from investing in this one. Its not the issue with the sitting tenants nor the unanswered issue regarding the cladding... Best to refer back to the original thread.
