From the latest tranche updates, they look to be making decent progress on the project.
I've had a few chunks off the secondary market at 14-15% rather than an investment in the newest tranche at 13%

Well..any thoughts on the new valuation anyone ?...I have quite a bit invested over several tranches, in particular the 1st tranche which I'm told is on 174 days from going live..as that represents quite a hefty amount I'm tempted to wait another 9 days and see whether the interest is paid and/or renewed first before I consider more investment.

Not too concerned by the new valuation. They've mentioned they're uncertain as to values and therefore gone low with their estimate. Progress looks to be continuing at a reasonable pace so i'm happy at the moment. Will have to reassess when they begin 'Phase 2'.

It seems more likely this project has proactive developers than FS have made any improvements on their part. Was the implied issue of prior conditions being met before development started all sorted out before the latest request/ valuation? Were they mentioned in the valuation?

Well my initial scepticism has for the moment abated...I wont tempt fate but I think the progress made to date looks encouraging..theres an enormous amount still to do and that's without even thinking about all the house development..this could run on for quite a while yet. ' Fortunately' ive got a reasonable amount in my ISA and what little dregs are left over for investment I'm going to squeeze on top...13% tax free..cant touch this
