Another "holding" update has just appeared on these 14 loan tranches (totalling £3.2m I think)

For those with access to DD Central, details concerning the marketing of the property on behalf of the administrators were posted ten days ago. The photoset is revealing as there is still scafolding around the main building. 

When you paint a room, you start at the corner furthest from the door and work backwards .... I'm struggling to understand why they completed the gatehouse first as all the construction traffic for the rest of this large scale development site passes right by this house which doesn't make it particularly attractive (given its premium pricing), and might just be the reason why it didn't sell when marketed by the borrower.
