Going live at 4pm today with a valuation of £125,000. Rightmove appears to show this terraced house as sold in 2015 for £82,000. If so, there seems to be a tad overvaluation? Comments please.

The £82k does seem an outlier compared to terraced properties in the street, and may be the result of a distressed sale. It was advertised for sale in Feb 2015 at £84,950 marked "no onward chain" and previously in 2012 as for let at c. £600 pm (source: zoopla)
The other thought that crossed my when I originally looked at this was the stated OMV / comparables may reflect owner occupier pricing which is perhaps a bit top heavy for BTL to get a sensible ROI.
My belief is that a fire sale value will be achievable that covers capital, accrued interest and disposal costs, so as with the original loan, I'll be taking up my slice if I can manage to get in. It will go in seconds minutes , and getting a slice will may depend on the FS website being responsive at the critical moments.

I think that's the third long tail full repayment I've had in the last week or two. Bloody marvelous.
