Hello My early repayments and regular repayments don't seem to be added to the market in line with my reinvestment settings.
I received several early repayments overnight but they are still in holding. Has anyone experienced anything similar, or am I doing something wrong?
Regards,
Tim

Regards, Tim I believe that the two processes of receiving a payment and it being offered back on the market are distinct. For regular payments, I see them in Holding at about 1am, and they progress to On Order a bit later. It is typically no more than half an hour later. I suppose an early repayment happens during the day, not as part of the overnight processing. I'm just guessing, buy maybe things are a bit slower at that time, or there is a manual procedure RS need to run to create the resulting offers. When I have received emails notifying me of early repayments, it has always stated that the money has been placed on offer in accordance with my settings, and then a little table listing my settings. Did you receive that? If it doesn't sort itself within a few hours, give RS a call; they are always very helpful.
