Both loans on this one to be redeemed on 27th July. Apparently. FS have, unusually, suspended them on the SM. as a country yokel can you explain to me what that means..are they currently unredeemed ?..a word that seems to be becoming quite popular recently !

Nope they're within term. Perhaps a bad/confusing term to use - I just mean the borrower is going to repay the loan. Perhaps. Maybe. We'll see.

fundingsecure , has completion of this loan just been delayed by a working day, or are we back to 'ongoing' status? If the former, great. If the latter, please could you un-suspend from the SM? Thanks.

Before P2P, savers put a guinea in a piggy bank, now they smash the banks to become guinea pigs.

Thanks. Repayment slightly delayed. Loan is unsuspended and tradeable. (Slightly means up to 4 weeks.) BUT: The Supplemental loan has been repaid

Lets hope nothing untoward happens in the meantime Edit...£8650 of Primary loan immediately appears on the SM...cold feet anyone ?

One of the better loans up for renewal at 2pm this afternoon. Refinance has been delayed so the borrower has paid interest to renew (renewed loan, 2811652081, at 170 days).
Seems like a good bet to invest returned funds from the cinema especially for those BHs with 4%+ bonuses on offer.
Currently invested in the existing loan.... C**********d - £100,000.00 (£300k in cinema) m****b - £100,000.00 (£300k in cinema) T***********g - £50,000.00 (£150k in cinema) T***********g - £40,000.00
Something tells me these BHs knew this loan was renewing this afternoon and therefore didn't make a £300k + interest withdrawal following the repayment of the cinema yesterday.

Yeah, this is an odd loan. Very low LTV, but huge uncertainty around valuation (relative to a standard 3-bed semi) and low liquidity. I'm still in though.

This loan filled up in less than few seconds. But I managed to get a small chunk of this loan surprisingly!

I didn't get any, was away from computer, so had to do it on my phone - by the time you scroll to the right, click and scroll down to invest button, few seconds have already gone.

Don't worry DG. You should be able to buy some on SM in 4.5 months time at -0.5% discount.

Is this the one refinancing to moneything ? Yes. The previous loan on FS was due to repay early according to this update on 20 Mar 2018... It was removed from the SM but subsequently reinstated when the refinance didn't proceed. It then closed 13 days early to renew into the existing loan which is only 9 days old. On renewal it was stated... My guess is that they renewed early to bring forward the refinance to MT - remember, the minimum interest is 30 days on FS. I'd also guess that MT have undercut FS - the previous loan paid 15.2% to investors (remember those BH bonuses), so at 12% and the same margin MT have 3.2% to play with. I'd expect it to fill pretty easily on MT given the low LTV and history of prompt interest payments on FS even considering the current issues that MT face with property loans. FS could have kept hold of the loan if they'd dropped the bonuses (it would still have filled pretty quickly IMO) but hey ho.
