I have recently changed my re-investment rules to place all capital and interest payments into my holding account, although these rules aren't being adhered to. As soon as i have a repayment it is placed on the market and loan agreed before i have had chance to intervene. On the occasions the i have spotted the funds that have gone on the market and cancelled the order and moved back to holding account, they are placed on market again within 24 hours, without an instruction from me.
Contacted RS a couple of times and they are aware of problem with a "few" accounts, but no resolution as yet. Not good enough really. Anyone else experiencing these issues?

Nope. If I instruct it, my repayments go to my holding account. I would be more than annoyed if I experienced your problem, which is outrageous.

I certainly havent seen that personally.
I would advise them that you expect them to reverse these as they happen at no penalty to yourself, they will probably say fine just let them know which have happened

cmundo Silly question perhaps, but do you see a tick to confirm the update after you click on "Update"? If you do, their system has received the request and the problem is definitely at their end. If you don't, their system may not have received the message and it might be a browser-related problem - in which case try the usual tricks (such as clear caches and cookies; restart if that alone doesn't get you a tick; and if that still fails turn off browser add-ons one by one).

One way around it might be to set the reinvestment rate to a ridiculously high number to avoid being matched so quickly.

Apparently my account was affected and I was offered a free sellout of the transaction affected. In fact though it was a deposit I made and manually set a target for as soon as it arrived so my actions overrode the glitch and I wasn't actually affected in the end. Might be worth contacting Carla at customer services, I think she has the job of letting everyone know.

Related issue today, money accumulating in holding and not being placed on rolling, so missed out on landing a bit of 4.7% which was a bit irritating. Then RS website kept crashing with an error message Cloudflare<>RS comms error.

RS will not place your repayments onto the market until they have all been credited. You can always place the amount that is in your holding account into whichever market you wish at whatever level you wish. If there is any remainder left later then RS will reinvest as per your instructions. Of course you have to check your account to see what the status is.
