What's going on with 2DFDC3CAF?
Tag Indy 500 Male watch, 2005 is on sale with Private Treaty on 2018-04-19
Did their watch buyer go nah, cheap fake?

I now have 47 loans that are overdue - had a few in the last few weeks that have been partially (sometimes only a few pence) or totally recovered, but the overdue number seems to keep on growing.

I feel your pain. I've got 41 overdue loans and the list seems to get longer every week. Some were being sold to Hatton Garden Metals days ago and I know from my own experience of selling gold and silver to them that they pay into your bank account the same day that they receive them so I'm a bit annoyed that the recovery monies haven't been paid out to us yet.

I'm sure this is posted somewhere but I couldn't find it quickly but does interest continue to accumulate when the loan is overdue?

In my latest bunch of emails about repayments I have one relating to loan 2DFDC4027 which was secured on a 'A gentleman's 1963 gold Oyster Date Precision Rolex'. It was due to be repaid on 14th May and was put up for sale by private treaty on 6th July. On 1st August I received an email telling me £1.96 of the original £5.59 capital in this loan had been repaid (+ £0.41 interest). I think the only conclusion that I can come to is that the sale value means the quoted LTV of 75% was actually nearer 314.5%. It remains to be seen whether the provision trust is going to pay the balance but it certainly suggests that valuations for bling can far outdo the nonsense we've seen so often for property.

You piqued my interest. I have £4.10 still outstanding. There is a note on the loan that "The gold bracelet has been sold separately to maximise value and the watch head will be sold through Fellows.", so all is not lost. No need to 'scream' (yet).

Ahh kind of you to reply and curious to see that on the revised loan description. I hadn't considered they might take the watch apart to maximize the return. However rest assured that I'm not the 'screaming' type so in the event that the strap isn't sufficiently blingy to pay it off, I might just manage a gallic shrug. Considering what I have going down the toilet at Col, MT and AC at the moment, UB barely raises a blip on my heart monitor.

Absolute flurry of Overdue Loans, about seven so far, going off to be sold, wonder if they're all the same Borrower?
