I have been attempting to download a account statement report and income report for the last UK tax year. The website seems to have generated the reports but when I attempt to download them the website times out and I'm greeted with a cloudflare page and a time-out 504 error. I have about 300+ loan parts so maybe the file size is the issue although I had alot more loans in previous years and never had a problem. I'm waiting to hear back from support, but in the meantime has anyone else had similar issues trying to download reports?

That said I had a similar problem on the 30th Sept.

FYI - I finally managed to download my reports earlier today. It seems that they have been having intermittent issues with their server - the reply I received from support:
"Unfortunately, we have been experiencing problems with some of the services since yesterday evening due to a technical glitch. Our technical team is working on it and most of the services should working fine again - hopefully we can get all the performance back to normal very soon."
