Best lending speed I've seen so far. In fact the fastest section 82 loans (£812) in 15 mins at around 18:44 on the 5th. sadly though the average investor rate though is only 3.26% the highest was 15.07% and lowest was 1.94%.
Assuming they all come in after a year that £28.82 for 1000 outlay!!! only need 3 defaults to wipe that out ;-(.
Thankfully all was at £10 or less chunks much of it safeguarded though.
The average rate for the month is 4.25% on 131 loans ans 1256 lent. Of that £860 was new loans and of all the loans £927 is safeguarded. I'm quite confused as i understand some of the <£10 loans coming in as safeguarded but there are quite a lot that coming in with £10 lend and £10 owing.
