Quick 1% extra cashback until its filled - get those big hitters filling this loan up Then it will become their problem to sell it without the cash back ... and everyone else's problem to wait until that happens before they have any chance of selling anything

Does anybody understand why someone would put less the price of a cup of tea into a loan?

Am I right to assume the cashback will apply to all those who have already invested in this loan?
I've got more than enough of this one already...

Does anybody understand why someone would put less the price of a cup of tea into a loan? Reinvesting interest or a token investment to receive all the investor updates (if you don't fancy a loan it's often useful to see how it pans out if it turns sour).

While the valuation seems legit, this is not passing my spidey senses test. Possibly because some aspects look suspiciously similar to another loan that also did not pass my spider senses test, and thank goodness for that. Sons, daughters, related companies as tenants, foreign residences and bases. No thanks. Aren't these called Red Flags? Flapping seriously in the wind ..................................... I shall read on through this Topic before I decide, but it's not lookin' good.

Looks to me like the borrower has a serious amount of money involved here....and there's a PG. I'd rather invest in this at 13% than the mainstream banks crackpot schemes! Oh and the cash back
