I wonder how some of the other P2x players would rate ?

Does that refer to cash in the bank / building society or cash in hand / under the mattress?

And cash backed by some government not noted for defaulting on their debts, over-running the printing presses, reneging on gold standards, or otherwise fiddling the books?! ... oh sh!t there goes all of them except maybe the Swiss.
I guess a risk rating of 0 is probably reserved for cans of long dated baked beans, stashed away in the cellar.
