So Rebs another loan that owe's over 200 days of interest.
As you seem to monitor this forum and don't reply to investors questions via the loan forum on your own site, can you please tell us what is going on with this loan and when we expect another payment from the company please ?

REBS have updated the borrowers on this one - part of their communication is above - I think the legal terminology based on the Latin would be "we've been stuffed as he has done a runner".
Not looking good is it....

Hi All,
This is a loan which defaulted and is thus currently being recovered through our enforcement process.
Although we have to date recovered most of the capital outstanding, the final repayment was not made by the debtor.
We are still attempting to recover this payment and the additional interest on behalf of our lenders.
As the amount outstanding is less than £5,000, our options are more limited in terms of insolvency proceedings to recover the sum. However our recovery team and external agents are continuing legal action and hope to have a positive update in this regard in the near future regarding a claim against the individual and the company.
As usual all lenders holding capital on the loan will be kept updated to any material developments via our weekly default update emails.

michaelrebsSo Sherlock it took just over 3 months since your last update to tell us the obvious. When will this loan be moved from " my loans " on the dashboard , to Est loss with a zero chance of recovery . Weekly update emails ? Could you tell me when the last one was ?
