Another loan where the last payment was over 400 days ago !
Updated in June saying you were preparing a bankruptcy petition, and the owner is looking to refinance. 4 months on and we have heard nothing since !
People have mentioned on your forum that they have seen LL trucks in London this year, so we can only presume its trading as usual, yet you have let this go on for over a year without any sort of payment.

if I have the correct company then it was dissolved in June....see companies house beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/I am not in this loan but curious to see what happened here - was it a total loss for REBS? |

You'll get precious little sense out of REBS. It seems that they are far too busy complaining to all and sundry about us complaining about their failures, rather than avoiding/sorting out their failures!
A real life case of "they don't like it up' em!"

This will be on the basis you need educating and signed by a director of ReBS  The fact is this is one of many loans that are in default / bad debt with little or no chance of recovery .

I would be unsurprised if of gets a pm from md as he will need something to do whilst jetsetting for his meeting where he will peddle his brand of truth.

REBS update today: Borrower is progressing share sale and property sale, & "again reiterated his desire to repay the debt in full and offered assurances that he was doing everything in his power to facilitate a prompt settlement of the debt."
