Lendy SupportI raised a support ticket 3 months ago on numerous errors showing on reported interest earnt on sold loan parts and have yet to receive any meaningful response. More recently (2 weeks ago) I raised a common issue of 100% sold loans staying stuck on my selling loan page rather than clearing to the sold loans page - again no response beyond the 'we are busy, be patient holding email'. I know this is a simple issue to rectify as it has previously been dealt with very promptly in the past. Are other's suffering such poor/no response times via their standard support platform. The frustrating thing is that there is no-one you can call to chase up - the call centre is a glorified dictating service. I can only imagine the nightmare if a payment were to go astray and you had to rely on their current support response times. Has anyone found a way to get a quicker response on account issues?

Yes, I had opened 2 tickets back in mid june. One took until end of july to be settled, the other to mid october.... but hey, I never received so many appologies in my life before.

I can only imagine what an average day at LY looks like. However, I imagine with all the loans that have fallen into the abyss, niggles with their website is the least of their worries.

Still waiting for a reply about a log in problem I had 3 weeks ago , after phoning them they took my email and said They will get back to me.Lucky I sorted it myself
