We have year to date and tax year to date reports. Does anyone else think a "last 12 months" statements option would be useful. I'm currently keeping a monthly statements spreadsheet with returns etc but it seems to me that Zopa has all the data and could easily supply this type of report. At the moment I use year to date, divide by months and multiply by 12 to get rough returns. Clearly this is more accurate for the year at the moment but earlier in the year its not quite so real.
At the moment the ytd report is showing I have about 5.2% (includes 0.5% bonus). Of this 4.9% is real interest in the year but I do have about £44 In new defaults and 7.51 returned from old defaults theres an odd one I don't understand called "other" of about £9.50. Overall real return( adjusted) is not bad though at the moment.
That took quite a bit tò get to and as I say doesn't really correlate that well for early months in the year. For me I could graph better and more realistically with a last twelve months view.
What do others think bearing in mind that past performance is not an indicator for the future. For me monthly numbers especially for defaults is somewhat less meaningful.

Are you sure?. I think everyone who has money invested has access to existing statements views. Check out statements screen - near the bottom of the dropdown "Showing:" selector list - you should find the options. Year to date (1st January 2017 - 31st December 2017) Tax Year to date ( eg. 6th Apr 2017 - 5th apr 2018) These are great but it would be nicer perhaps to also be able to see Last 12 months This will allow investors to build up a rolling monthly view. It would be nice to be able to select date windows but I think the results are possibly not completed on the fly and therefore may require much more coding on the backend.
