This is beginning to mount my mammaries, every time I try to move funds to or from the cash account.

I had this a couple of days ago when I tried to withdraw a small amount from MLIA to cash account. I tried about 3 times getting the same message, but it was sweet as a nut about an hour later. I thought it might be because one of their slow scripts was grinding away and had something locked at the time.

Had this problem last week, from cash account to MILA. Helped out by online chat when I was loosing the will. When I previously had the problem it was due to a rounding error and by moving 1p less than the screen said I had it all worked fine.

System is slowing down due to data growth and contention between front end website and back office processes and we've run out of quick fixes to buy more time. The big release in Q4 will directly address this with a major restructuring of the underlying database and hosting infrastructure. Please bear with us and I'll do what I can in the mean time to keep things ticking over.

Thanks chris. Just to add a note of caution to those as trusting as I - if you get this timeout on the "confirm" button, the transfer has almost certainly gone through anyway, so DON'T TRY IT AGAIN. I've just plonked twice as much money as I intended into the 30-day solitary confinement cell

I've done some transactions today and it all worked fine.

Seems to be a problem most often when they're 'running a batch'.

Seems to be a problem most often when they're 'running a batch'. 95% of the time it's when either a loan repayment is being processed or the aftermarket is processing a large transaction (in terms of number of people involved in the sale). Both processes are being entirely rewritten for a mid-Q1 launch.
