I think such a thread will be helpful. I notice numerous small inaccuracies in the information FS provides to lenders. Wrong loan numbers, wrong LTVs, you name it. Some of the them are more serious and could lead to claims against FS. Please use this thread to report any information that doesn't look right and please restrain from comments, thus FS would be more willing to monitor the thread, pick them up and correct them.

The words "16 weeks" and "roof level" come to mind

Loan 9680962649 (London flat) in general info: First charge is for £188k, resulting in an overall LTV of 67.4% (made active 16/7/16)
Loan 4024677389 (renewal of the above) in general info: First charge is for £188k. As this loan is now based on a new (higher) valuation of £400,000 the LTV is slightly lower at 66.5% (made active 25/04/2017)
Surely the 1st charge amount should have dropped a bit but that was not noted in the general info, resulting in an inaccurate LTV.
Today's update: Borrower has confirmed intention to renew - funds awaited. I hope FS would read and change the figure for the 1st charge at renewal.
I noticed FS rarely amend the amount of the 1st charge upon renewals. Again,I hope they will consider providing the accurate figures of outstanding dept as an important piece of info.

I think it's totally unreasonable to suggest FS give accurate figures when we all know that it's almost de rigour for them to give inaccurate information - as demonstrated by their past conduct.
