URL: Yes, you have to be logged in for it to work, and I guess on some browsers you may need to add the https:// in front manually. Property loans: FC is phasing them out, so it's a temporary problem, but it is annoying when Autobid buys one. For me, it picked up a £200 property loan with 2 payments left, but luckily since it was the only £200 part I had, I was able to sell it again(*) and get another dip in the bran tub. (*) By requesting a sell out of £199. It is amasing - you have to find a loop hole to get rid of unwanted loan. They were saying that they are phasing them out long time ago, yet the new long term loan flow kept going since the announcement.

There are two live loans, one 10.5k and the other is 9.4k. Both are 2 hours old and just 10% full. I still haven't lent to either - I have £214 in my account.
I think FC algorithm is borked (again).

There are now 7 loans totalling £255k and still 0 lent. Update: 8 loans, £300k, £0 lent. Update2: they are all funded to 10% except one that is still 0%. Looking closer none of them have been funded by real people, just the government scheme. Update3:9 loans. It's the solitary E loan that isn't funded, so I guess the government scheme can decide to back A-D but not us... Update4: 12 loans... Update5: after emailing them the loans suddenly started filling. Some would find this suspicious but I am assured that nothing is wrong and that web page is just for internal use.

I asked the exact same thing yesterday. I still haven't bought any loan parts in two days and now have >£200 in my account. Maybe the system is running a bit rough -- I tried to sell a single loan part (just came back from being Wrist-Band-Removed) and it took all day ... never seen selling a loan part go so slowly. I pulled out of FC some time ago, but intrigued to see how the new system works I bunged in £1k and 5 days later nearly 75% is still idle cash.
Curious if both buying and selling are slow.

I really don't know what FC are playing at.
I've got nearly 1% of my funds sitting idle, and there are apparently 4 active loan requests, yet autobid won't use any of my funds.

Took me ages to sell 3 loan parts today.
Also it looks like the request page has gone.

I am a bit confused as to how you say that you have 4 active loan requests yet autobid won't use any of your loan funds??? If there are loans sitting in "Your Orders", there should be a small part of your pie chart that shows £80 (Or 0.5% of your portfolio) as earmarked for lending??
With the new system, unless you are enrolled in the request, you don't get to see it.
EDIT: Just seen this was 10 days ago!! Ooops

No, it's still a good question! Until recently, it was possible to view ALL active loan requests (on a legacy web page), even if you weren't "enrolled" in them, So it was possible to tell when new loans came online. That little avenue of interest has unfortunately now been closed.

I think because you now have no control over which loans you buy into there really is no reason to show what loans are available.
The only way I can see of having some control over which loans you buy into is to wait for at least one payment to be made and then request to sell the exact amount of the loan part that you are not happy with.

That won't work. The selection process works by rounding up to the next £10. So if you select £100 it will sell £110. The best you can do is sell the larger blocks of £100 by putting £99 up for sale. I am not happy having one month's interest in a single loan. So I do this on a weekly basis.

I am not happy having one month's interest in a single loan. So I do this on a weekly basis. Ahhh, I am not familiar with how the larger amounts are dealt with. I have only been involved with FC since the change to the Autobid system. Because each part is only £20 it may be different.
I recently found a loan part in my portfolio for £9.36 (Someone had sold me a part). I was able to offload it fairly easily by selling out for £9.36 (I only offloaded it because at that point I was still building up my portfolio and the odd amount would have left me with money in my account rather than allocate it all). That is why I said to wait for at least one payment because if you had just purchased a lot of loan parts, the system would pick a random one out of the many £20 parts you have in your portfolio.
You will have to wait for some high roller to take a £100+ part off your hands. There does seem to be plenty of people on there still investing large amounts. Can still see people putting £500+ into one loan so maybe it won't be that long.
