Has the 'fix' been applied yet Matthew for ISAs? I still have a (very) small sum in my wallet and my auto-lends in 'Offers' are still classsifed as 'New Money' and are at the back of the queue. |

Hi zendogAll new repayments received should now be following your reinvestment instructions, so please do let me know if that isn't the case. You should also have received an "Other account credit" in respect of any potential missed interest. What we haven't done is update the classification of any money which was already in the queue; however, the interest credit was calculated assuming this would take 7 days to match so this should be more than enough to compensate. Hope that helps. |
