This forum has gone very quiet.
In which forum are the users posting now?
I know there is a lot posted elsewhere in German, but that does not help me !
Any ideas?

There was a Facebook group called Bondora fellows but maybe all the old Bondora Forum people no longer invest there. I only have about 1000€ of my original deposits left there now and never reinvest the repayments.

I'm in a similar position to James although I still have @8k to withdraw .... when it becomes available.

According to Bondora my account is valued at over 10000€, so I will look forward to withdrawing the 9000€ profit. I have already paid quite a lot of tax on it so I hope it arrives safely within the next few years.

Read in a recent interview with P. Tomberg that 60% of investors are German. That might explain it

Thanks everyone I am still persisting. Which is why I would like to find out where the (English) posts are. What are your reasons for doing so? are you getting good returns at all? The amount of defaults and delayed payments seems horrible and the ratings for the loans are crooked as hell; e.g. AA loans going bust from the start

Also fully exited about two years ago by now. Followed the stats and updates for a while, but things didn't seem to be getting better (especially with the DCA fee introduction and more than doubling thereafter).
I suppose there aren't that many people who actually care to comment on and discuss about it anymore. What's there to discuss? Same sh**, different day.

Yeah, the general consensus in this forum seems to be - I already cashed out or I'm slowly doing it.

... What are your reasons for doing so? are you getting good returns at all? The amount of defaults and delayed payments seems horrible and the ratings for the loans are crooked as hell; e.g. AA loans going bust from the start Whilst I have been withdrawing for some years now it has been taxation and Bondora changes that made me all the more determined. When I started with Bondora I couldn't charge 'losses' against tax so I was taxed on all interest with no recognition of the losses. Bondora applied for FCA approval and claiming losses against income became very advantageous (but a very big spreadsheet job!) ..... then Bondora withdrew their application so no more claims for losses. If it wasn't for the crash in the £ I would be in a position of having to pay tax on interest that was outweighed by losses .... so I would be making a loss! Obviously future recoveries have to be taken into account but whilst I monitor these and add them to my spreadsheets they are hardly inspiring.

Ah so you're persisting in trying to exit bondora, not in using bondora haha. Luckily I haven't invested much in Bondora, so I'm not too worried about what happens there, nevertheless I've been withdrawing my funds.

I do not add new money, but I do not withdraw funds either. I tend to avoid the PM and work mainly on the SM - it takes time but seems to be better than the PM. I think I make about 9% gross. If you follow Andrej Ders forum, he is finding broadly similar returns.
