Wow, AC it seems is not desperate for business it would seem. They are saying to the borrower we do not want to deal with you any more, pay up and go away. I like it on the whole, it sends out a powerful message that borrowers are expected to keep to the contract agreement within reason. It does seem that the problem over a missing epc seems a little minor on the whole, but i wonder if more of a story is untold here.

Good for AC - if the borrower can't produce a simple EPC after agreeing to it, then I smell trouble (particularly when it's a pre-condition for a longer-term loan, which is exactly what he wants) - then the borrower is a moron, frankly.
Further: this is a small loan, and will not be particularly great business for AC (i.e. only a small fee). The cost (i.e. AC staff time) to service and manage an awkward borrower could easily be more than the borrower fee for such a loan. Borrower loan enquiries to AC have risen to a degree that AC ought to be in a position to drop a few bad apples.
I think I've seen lenders on this forum calculate just what their "hourly rate" is for managing their personal P2P portfolio - AC wil be doing similar number crunching ;-)

I'm confused... I saw this loan, of which I appear to have no current holding, on the "Browse loans" section, and clicked on it to see more info, and it came up with a "Page not found" error.
Can anyone else access this page; are those familiar with this loan able to access it, or aware of a reason it's been deliberately hidden without being marked as suspended, or is this another systems problem at AC?

Works ok for me. That said, AC's 'brochure ware' pages have all just changed. Not sure when, but they weren't like that on Sunday, so it could be that content push which confused your request? The 'authenticated' parts of the site look the same so far to me.

Assetz capital website is now "page not found". The website address has changed From: www.assetzcapital.co.uk/login which is now Page Not Found To: investors.assetzcapital.co.uk/login I assume that this is deliberate...

I assume that this is deliberate...It would have been highly intelligent to inform members of a change in url for the site log-in page before actually doing it. Many of us have the login page bookmarked.
What happened? Is the new log-in one permanent now? PS dave2 The main AC home page is still www.assetzcapital.co.uk

Redirects should be in place so old links should still work, however this is not guaranteed for all URLs as we may have missed some. Nothing is permanent but this is the intended link for the foreseeable future.

This sort of answers your question on the other thread. I say 'sort of' as this states: Which, due to the lack of timeline, could be very easily read to be similar to RS in it being immediate. I assume that this isn't the case and it is still 'post any recovery' activity.
