Apparently people can invest in Commercial Property Development through them.
Currently offering 20% Fixed Return on a 40 week Term with minimum investment of £50K.
Can't find any reviews from any investors and one can't try out with a small investment :-(

As a wary investor you shouldnt touch unregulated investments like this.
20% returns over 40 weeks, is 26 odd % a year, if they invest £1000 now in 30 years it would be worth £2 1/4 million compounded.
It therefore begs two questions:
1. If you can guarantee turning £1k into £2M why offer it to the likes of us.
And
2. Why give us 20% to borrow our money when the banks would fund your sure fire deal at single digit rates.

Thanks locutus. I think those two are different. The US one has lots of bad reviews. This one is UK based. www.keystone-property.com/I am not sure that the Company Number I mentioned earlier belongs to this company (probably not). |

I agree, it sounds too good to be true and it is unregulated. Just wondering if anyone had any experience of dealing with them - bad or good.
I got this via an email from some ai-guide.co.uk (not sure how they got my id or if I at all subscribed). They keep emailing with offers from the same group.
