If that £0.20 is preventing a loan part of yours from selling completely, then buy it yourself and, as you'd have to own it for a millenia or so in order to earn any interest, immediately list it for sale.

Might be that they don't realise it's there? If there's 500.20 left on a loan, it shows as "500" on the page - pence only show when the amount is below £100
