I requested info from FS regarding this loan, that was due for payment on the 19th of this month, yesterday and today but have yet to receive a reply. Does anyone have news re. this loan? Did I miss something?

FS have extended it by 1 month. You should have an message about it when you log in.

Are we all talking about the same loan? Fine Arts loan 313037690 was due on 16/Jul and I've heard from FS about their decision to extend it for another month before renewing it. But the subject of this thread is Fine Arts loan 1180737544. That was, as rudry2677 wrote above, due on 19/Jul and I've had no communication from FS regarding this loan. So, like rudry2677, I have to ask if I've missed something. Perhaps fundingsecure would enlighten us. |

Hopefully I can clear up the issue:
When a loan is due - the borrower has an additional 7 days to complete the repayment or renewal - during this time we maintain close contact with the borrower. If they fail to repay / renew the loan we will then start the necessary proceedings to sell the item and recover the funds. At that time we email the investors in the loan to advise the position. During any extended period the loan continues to accrue interest.
We will therefore be in touch when the 7 day grace period expires.

Ah yes - sorry - that was my laziness in checking numbers - it had completely slipped my mind that two of the fine arts loans were close together.
