Managed to place bid twice, in between website going down, but neither of them were processed as website failed FS servers are a joke compare to MT fundingsecure if your not going to fix your servers to manage the traffic, at least add bid limits to your more popular loans |

As it happens I tried at bang on 11am via a mobile whilst in the Peak District....site crashed twice..missed out on Taunton which I aimed at first..so lobbed a token bid at one of the flats..and now I'm home and read all the threads, wished I hadn't..  |

They weren't funded as fast as the larger loan today, so the demand couldn't be that great. And by the time FS have made 20 of those loans -- for a total of £700k -- most people could have all they want.

I wasn't suggesting waiting until £700k of this hits the market before listing on the SM. You can usually sell at a premium in the first week at least, as those who missed out will pay a small premium,or par at worst. So if he thinks he made a mistake in bidding on these loans, then all isn't lost was the point and the SM provides an out.

This is ridiculous fundingsecure  , I have tried five different loans on different days now and I manage to get to the bid page (slowly) and place a bid and the page crashes, the by the time return to the page the loan is all gone Granted it has been the popular loans, but I am using Chrome on a laptop at 30MB connection I log on prior to the time, dead on the time I refresh..... But this s getting so frustrating, others are obviously able too bid, but wonder of those trying, how many actually get to bid |

I have a fast (55Mb) fibre broadband connection and find the poor response just after a new loan is launched very frustrating. For the loans in demand its like a lottery if I will be able to get a share!
I am wondering if bots are being used by some to increase their chances?
Some of the bots could be making multiple quick requests to attempt bidding, thereby increasing the load on the servers and degrading the performance for others?
Does FS have been checks in place to stop / restrict purchases via bots?

It was very slow for me yesterday but seems slightly faster today.
I am also receiving emails about loans 'coming soon' hours after they have gone live.
