I'm actively trying to keep on top of L with reference capital only repaid loans as there is no clear visibility for these on the site.
Currently I have the following list:-
PBL047, PBL066, PBL067, PBL123 & PBL147 - accrued interest and bonus payments
PBL074 - accrued interest
PBL108 - accrued interest for Aug, Sept & Oct (Nov has been paid)
PBL141 - missing interest for 25th Sept - 30th Sept
I'm hassling support on a regular basis to keep focus on these and hopefully get something visible on the website
Support comment received via e-mail on 6th Nov referred "We are currently developing a new tab where partially repaid loans will appear, and updates will be included accordingly."
If anyone has any others let me know and i'll just add them to the list every time I contact support.

Excellent da2279It may be worth adding PBL107R1 to the first group in your list.

Excellent da2279 It may be worth adding PBL107R1 to the first group in your list. elgerod: Was the Bonus Accrual actually paid on that partial repayment? Or did Lendy simply state that they'd pay the BA at some point in the future if the proceeds were sufficient? I would have expected that no BA would be paid on any loan until all the ordinary accrued interest was paid.

Ok so I have received this from L today
"Thank you for getting in touch.
We strive to keep our investors updated with the progress of the various loans in which they have invested. However, and as you will be aware, there have been a number of loans recently where Lendy has been unable to recover all capital, accrued interest and bonus accrual following the disposal of the security property and we, along with our professional advisors, have been working hard on these cases to maximise recovery. Whilst we cannot go into detail at the moment with the various recovery strategies in relation to PBL054, PBL066, PBL067, PBL074, PBL123 and PBL147 where to do so would prejudice any potential and/or ongoing claims, our recovery team is working hard and engaging with our professional advisors on a daily basis to recover the outstanding balances owed.
Once the partially repaid loan tab is built, and uploaded onto the platform, we will provide you with detailed fortnightly updates on the relevant cases to keep you informed of the recovery steps being taken, the prospects of successful recovery and timeframes as to when you should expect to receive the sums recovered. In the meantime please bear with us. We have not forgotten these loans and are actively pursuing the balances due to you all."
In summary, once we have a tab on the website we'll update every two weeks but until then we won't and we're not saying when this tab will appear.

I received an email from Lendy and payment of the outstanding interest and bonus from PBL 047 just now. The capital had been repaid fully by the beginning of November.
For those who are interested it was £8.18 interest and bonus on £100 loan made 4 months ago.
Too much stress for £8 but I am happy now its over.

Received this email today from Lendy Support referring to PBL108:
"Due to a technical issue, interest payments were not credited to investors for this loan, for the period of 24/08/17 - 31/10/17 (69 days).
The missed payments have now been credited to investor accounts with a date of 22/12/2017.
November 2017's interest was credited on 01/12/2017.
We would like to apologise and wish you all a Merry Christmas.
Kind regards,
The Lendy Team"
Interest for the 69 days comes to £22.68 per £1000 loan part.

Have been away for a long break so not been able to keep on these so much. So the latest i can see as of today is that: -
11th Dec PBL047 outstanding Bonus & interest was paid 22nd Dec PBL108 outstanding interest was paid 2nd Jan PBL141 outstanding interest paid 2nd Jan PBL074 outstanding interest paid
This leaves the following still outstanding in recovery action:-
PBL066, PBL067, PBL123 & PBL147 - accrued interest and bonus payments
I have sent another chaser to them today to see if i glean any further details from L.

Inasmuch as over a month has passed since they mentioned they were working on the new tab, perhaps this would be an appropriate time to ask them what their target timing for that is, and whether they expect to be able to meet that target.

I did notice that PBL066, 67 & 147 are all on the new Partially Repaid tab but PBL123 appears to have been missed. (I have raised this also). The property was sold at auction on 14 September 2017 for the sum of £1,000,000 and we will now be pursuing the borrower for the residual debt outstanding. Where the property sold for less than the capital sum, Lendy intend to make payment of the shortfall from its provision fund.
Did investors receive all their capital back? If so, this is correctly filed on the repaid tab as the partially repaid tab refers to capital only. I was not in this loan so cannot confirm that all capital was returned.

PBL123 now appearing on the partially repaid tab...lets see how this tab develops over the coming days/weeks.
What do people think about these loans not appearing on the Default tab? Albeit the capital has been repaid they are still in default of the agreed terms of the loan in that interest has not been paid at the agreed terms?

With this new tab, there may well be some loans that get all of the capital back but NOT the outstanding interest or bonus. At some point I hope someone does the math of how much it will cost to chase the outstanding interest versus how much might actually be got back. There will be a point where the amount to gain is less than the amount to spend chasing and therefore a line should be drawn under the loan and investors INFORMED that the loan account is then closed.
