Does anyone know when they first took these off the market, I seem to think it was mid October, but not too sure?

Being revalued doesn't justify the withdrawal of the properties from the secondary market function in my view.. Not even mentioning the length of time Without notice I 110% agree. With notice and no vote I think I still agree. We need a poll on here - options to include all 4 combinations of: PM investor yes/no Feel that removal from SM for optional process without a vote is wrong yes/no My vote yes & YES!

I agree.. If the majority of shareholders approved the withdrawal from the SM for revaluation, then fine.
Then after the findings, based on the new knowledge, the investors should be asked what further action they opt for.
Maybe we could organise a number of us to work together to keep them Accountable

I threatened official complaint over the late payment one - haven't had an update in over a month.

However count me in if we want to create a posse to contact them.

They would surely begin to sit up and listen if even a small number of investors joined together over issues were not happy with.
I personally find some comfort in this forum and sharing info and opinions regarding PM

OK, so what do we need to do,
How do we canvass all PM investors, any moderators on here have any suggestions,
I am willing to invest some time, but I am just wanting SPV41 back on the market so I can sell it as it is my last holding.

I personally find some comfort in this forum and sharing info and opinions regarding PM Sometimes I feel comfort & hope that they will listen. Other times I feel like by pointing out their shortcoming I may be just shooting my investment! As many on here, I feel that the PM idea is great, but the execution is somewhere between poor & scandalous.

I'd definitely consider joining a committee to hold PM to account.
What could we do if we had enough people / funds on the platform combined?

What figure would you consider significantant funds as a group? 5k, 50k, 250k, 1m?

I'm certainly down the lower end of those figures, spread over various investments

I would have said that the group would have to be at the 1m mark to be significant to PM. Further, I reckon around 10 folk in it would be likely. I can only dream of bringing 100K to the table, as I suspect would be the case with others in the group, so we would need folk in it with well over 100K & I just can't see too many potential Dragons saying "I'm in".

SPV 85 is on the SM - looking at the updates, it was off for revaluation.

Coming up for 3 months off the market 1/4 of a year, still no update,
I raised an official complaint, which was acknowledged on the 20th December and since then I have heard nothing...............
