It's painful to say but I consider my investment with Property Moose to be adrift now, and anything I get back in the future will be a happy surprise. I just withdraw whatever I can each month and ignore the rest of the notifications from them.

I would feel happier if I had more faith in the hand on the tiller!

I would agree thats very negative if the properties hadn't been off the market for the best part of 4 months, with no prior warning or meaningful update. as soon as this is back on the market I will be selling, and wishing good riddance to PM, its a shame as it could of been good.

Yeah, I'll let you know when the properties whose terms have already ended, are sold, and if we make any gain. And I'll let you know if the loan notes that reach their end of terms pay out. And I'll let you know once the surprise and large debt on an infamous SPV is paid off so we actually get any rent. And I'll let you know once we start receiving rent from those SPVs that are and have been unnoccupied for who knows how long. If Property Moose start selling the properties which are at end of term for a gain, and delivering on at least that aspect, then I'll think about changing my view.

SPV 74 is one of the PE deals. It was originally listed in Jan 2017, with a six month term. It was then extended for an additional 12 months because they hadn't managed to sell it in that time. I'm not sure the fact that four months before the end of the extension it is now being marketed again suggests that it's "on track".

I believe it must be four months now................. Sure is but it feels like longer. They should rename this platform to property clowns.

Sure is but it feels like longer. They should rename this platform to property clowns. take the 'ty' of the end, and I would say you are bang on I see it that they're either being taken for a ride by the valuers, incompetent, formulating some sort of plan that they're not ready to let us in on yet or a combination of all three. It's all getting a bit silly now isn't it? I only have a three figure sum left on the platform but I would like to access it, even at a loss to be shot of this disappointing venture.

I wanted the opposite and to increase my holdings in one of my regular payers.. It's been off the secondary market for ages now, its not good for buyers or sellers..
Whatever way they try to sugar coat it about it being in some way our interest, time is money and their hindering their members
