Thanks are due to the Assetz team in listening to, and implementing, suggested improvements to the site - I noticed yesterday that the Q&A section now includes the questioner's alias and now lists questions for which an immediate answer is not available. Both features which assist greatly with crowd due dillegence.

Happy to listen and take action where required. So whilst we have plenty of improvements in our pipeline we always welcome feedback and will try to incorporate all relevant suggestions into our plans. If you have any other ideas or burning issues then let us know.

Do new questions always enter at the top of the list now?

Are there plans in the pipeline to improve the Q&A layout to improve readability?
My particular issue is having to trawl through all questions/answers to try to work out any answers which now replace a previous holding answer (i.e. "This question has not yet been answered, but Assetz Capital are working to source an answer.")
Even a date added to the answer would be useful.
Perhaps the actual date the question was raised would help too rather than "1 week ago/2 weeks ago" etc.

There aren't any short term plans to speak of but I'm open to suggestion.

There aren't any short term plans to speak of but I'm open to suggestion. Whilst this may not fall directly onto your desk, I did post a question yesterday regarding the borrowers namely their personal property. I am aware that a question has been raised in the past over this asset but felt further clarification was necessary. The question has not appeared so possibly someone at AC felt it has already been answered. I do not agree however I would not have felt that where a question is not going to appear then a courtesy mail to the originator would not go amiss - it is called common courtesy. As an aside, I'm not in favour of this moderating of questions. AC are dealing with registered users so the spam argument does not stack up IMO. If the Q&A system is subsequently abused it will be by the odd individual who could then fall into the moderation 'sin bin' for a while. But to suggest we're all potentially guilty unless proven otherwise.........

Okay, forget some of the above as I've noticed that whilst posting here my question has been 'permitted'. I stand by my comments over moderating registered users.

bugs4me - I'll pass your concerns on to the rest of the team. At the moment any registered user can post a Q&A question, you don't need to be ID checked, so it's pretty easy to register and spam the system. We're looking into whether or not it's a good idea to only allow ID checked users to post, in which case our concerns would be lifted and we could allow asked questions to be displayed immediately. This could prove a barrier to first time investors though so we're carefully considering the correct approach before making any changes. alison - I'll get someone to add some dates on to the screen for you. Or would it be better if the system tracked which Q&A answers you'd seen and highlighted new ones to you? That would be more work but is perfectly doable.

An alternative would be to only moderate new members for the first couple of posts as is usual with forums. It would be a good idea to automatically allow those that have deposits with AC to post without moderation.

One thing that works quite well on the FK website is splitting the Q&A into two groups - answered and unanswered questions.

Hi Chris
Seem to have lost the Rate Distribution Graph and the Bid Activity widget is it my PC or your system?
