The first of which is a 2 year investment at 15% p.a. These have got my interest but for different reasons. Both need meat on the bone to fully assess the logic behind investing in them. I really hope they both work out.

The first of which is a 2 year investment at 15% p.a. ...only payable at maturity (after 2 years) and only if they can then refinance.

Warm fuzzy feelings only take you so far... Still have some ISA funds to invest, might see what the other one looks like, given that I'd be surprised if the £4 million goes quickly.

The interest is rolled up after six months. Are you liable for tax after each six month period or at maturity ?
I am investing since the Government is involved & also it will be funded by another debenture, again by Abundance in the future. The question is how much should I invest.
Also the I*I P*mp company. Isn't that the same company as the AC wind mill thing ? Which is currently having a bit of bother ?
Also, Also I don't think you get an email.

Also, Also I don't think you get an email. You should do (I received one around 9:16am this morning, despite the loan launching around midnight)

Is there anything to stop them holding back a sale and hence not triggering an event so that they just pay 3%pa?

Is there anything to stop them holding back a sale and hence not triggering an event so that they just pay 3%pa? They have a deadline date in the prospectus iirc.

Is there anything to stop them holding back a sale and hence not triggering an event so that they just pay 3%pa? Haven't read all the docs yet but can't see how that would be in their interest - I suspect it'd probably be easier for them to pay the 15% if it all works out than 3% if it doesn't!
