Trying to make sense of numbers , woild appreciate help. Not that it is relevant not when I been on FC for too short a time with too little money tomake any differece vut would be interesting to know: Are loans in arreas or with removed risk band that one would not been ablebto sell if one wished to do so included in portfolio total? Looks like they are but then the numbers of earnings are not the true ones because one could not get them out if one wanted to and there would be high likelyhood of it becoming irrecoverable. Do I miss anything and how do you calculate your interest/earnings - do you accept the money that is tied in those loans to be part of your earnings or do you deduct them from total in addition to what FC deducts as a bad debt? Bad debt =defaulted lians, am I right ? As this is another issue, the total of defaulted loans in the comments to loan parts does not seem to tally up with bad debt total number FC gives me.

You are right in your understanding. Only the defaults are counted as losses. Those loans which you are not allowed to sell are counted in the portfolio. Most of this is loans in their last month. The numbers for losses in the comments are the principal owing at the time of default, and are not reduced by recoveries. This causes a discrepancy. The unsaleable loans really affect only liquidity. You can take out most of your cash very quickly, but not all.
