I no longer receive new loan update emails anymore for some reason!
Where can you see the £150 restriction?

On the email...hope that helps ! They need a thumbs down button on here! p.s..have you tried unchecking and updating...and re-selecting and updating again, your email notification box on your e.mail update option in your personal details ? or doing the same with your e.mail address or using an alternative address altogether ? or contacting live chat and asking them to send you a test e.mail ?

To be fair to FS, and they've taken a hellava beating for a while now, G****n Street earlier today and this Yacht actually seem to be reasonably accurate Valuations and LTVs to me. Or am I missing something, as usual?

looks about right to me, winter coming not going to be sailed anyway, not for me, but it makes sense, if the deal fails then it would be auctioned in July which is a bit late in the season to get a good price so would probably sell in Feb/March 2019 (another year old and deeper in debt as the song says)

Hahaa, ok I may have had a helping hand in sorting it out:p Since my emails stopped and I found out about the avialable investments page, I just refreshed that and kept an eye on this forum for the new loans I spoke to them about activation loans, but they said there are no such things. I.e. when loan goes from allocated to activated (so you can list on SM)?

It may also be that the borrower will renew it several times before it is put for sale??? Sounds like a safer investment than most of FS property loans to me.
