2.7 seems challenging to at least one (none member) who gets a lot of discussions on here.
2.8 would seem to be a reason for RS to be disinclined to rejoin.

2.7 seems challenging to at least one (none member) who gets a lot of discussions on here. 2.8 would seem to be a reason for RS to be disinclined to rejoin. I believe the definition of what constitutes bad debt for reporting purposes will also stop several platforms from being members of p2pfa.
