Hi Collateral RepAny news on the progress of full authorization and when we can expect an IFISA. Is it likely to be this tax year?

Hi Gordon, when you do receive the Full FCA Authorisation, what is your plan for IFISA offering? Do you intend to have include the same loans on offer in the non-IFISA account at the same rates?

Hi des, Our FCA application is still ongoing. Many thanks, Gordon How was that possible? You were incorporated Nov 2014, 8 months after the FCA interim permission cut off of April Fool's Day. You only applied for full authorisation in Mach 2016 but opened the platform in May 2016. The money the directors spent in the two years doing research and taking the best aspects of the industry should have revealed you could not do so without full authorisation. You also received legal advice that you were not carrying out regulated business and had actually withdrawn your application. So what fca application was still ongoing in Jan 2018 - the non-existent one that kept up the appearance of complying with "fca guidelines for credibility within the industry" ie taking our money?

Lesson seems to be that if you are able to appoint an understanding insolvency practitioner then both need to agree on the story line.
