I've been 150 miles North for the past nine years so it's a bit too far for me (thanks anyway) but if anyone fancies something a bit further up from the "smoke" (oh how that makes me sound as old as I am) I'd be game.

Of course, such assemblies might take place in public houses related to various loans in P2P land... Not that anyone would be contacting borrowers, of course.
Only problem is that such pubs might not be in places where we'd care to meet.

Yes, a Northern Convention, a Midland Convention, and a Southern Convention, in The New Year maybe? Could meet in Leeds when a well known networking breakfast club is running monthly if we could get invites. Then on to a b n pub 4 lunch and afternoon tasters. I am sure we could all be well behaved at the breakfast club and not ask too many probing questions of the usual co host😈😨☠Of course, I jest. Too close now to Christmas Ozboy but New Year is a yes from me. I shall get a loan from a platform in order to fund a couple of pints down there. I wonder if the armed services hotel still in central London? Must look it up in the morning.

I think each service has it's own Club - separate Army, Navy and Air Force Clubs? Anyway, that's two of us so far stub 8535, and brilliant idea to get a P2P Loan to fund it, but what's your security? Best go and see FS?!!!!!  |

Would it be an idea to maintain a list of P2P pubs on the forum? Or would that count as 'identifying the lenders'? I never saw a pub loan I didn't like, so I'd be happy to contribute.
