I'm finding investment in the GBBA2 to be pitifully slow to say the least. Put no more than a fiver in there yesterday and over £4 of it is still uninvested. It actually popped up a warning this morning saying that demand was high and availability low (or words to that effect) so to expect delays....... I put £1500 in on Tuesday & it was fully invested by Wednesday afternoon.

What types of loan does the GBBA account usually hold? Are they bullet or amortising?
I believe this would make a big difference when the PF pays out to cover missed interest payments. If the loan is bullet then the lender should still receive exactly the same amount each month from the PF as the payment missed. However, if the loan is amortising then the PF will presumably only cover the interest component and not the capital repayment, so the monthly return into the GBBA will still be lower than it would otherwise have been if the borrower hadn't missed a payment.
Is my understanding correct?

It actually popped up a warning this morning saying that demand was high and availability low (or words to that effect) so to expect delays....... There's clearly something going on here that I don't understand... I can see over 100 AC loans with parts available at the moment. Are none of them eligible to be included in GBBA2 portfolios? I would have thought that at least some of them would be GBBA2 eligible, so that any new GBBA2 investment would be invested into those parts. Even with the 20% diversification limit -- if it were to be working -- it would take only five eligible loans to ensure that any new GBBA2 investment was deployed immediately. What am I missing or not understanding?
