Looks like a pretty big fish has jumped this particular pond earlier this morning - £53k+ on the SM at the minute. Similar story with the lesser-spotted PBL192 as well. Fill yer boots! (if you're brave)

More appearing through the day, now 120k+ available. As far as we know not completed the sale yet, not drawndown. Are investors receiving interest?

From the pipeline listing: Fair enough. Should be able to gauge how good a borrower / developer this outfit are by checking out the other loans which are: DFL003, DFL006, DFL013, DFL020 (this one rings a bell) and DFL022 -- about £18M already lent but no horror shows there, it would seem. Again from the listing: Whoa!! I thought DFL020 rang a bell. The text accompanying the second tranche stated: " The second development tranche of £279,213 is now required to release equity in order to assist the borrower with planning costs for another development site." and a penny will get a pound that £220K (£279k less retained interest and costs) form the bulk if not all of that "c £300k".
Still, nothing wrong with making money out of other peoples' money although, if correct, I think out of fairness to DFL020 lenders, the pipeline text should be re-written to state:

Another loan suspended, not many left now. I would assume that it must have taken Lendy several days discussing and reviewing the situation and peculiarities of this loan with its credit committee. All-time in which Lendy had to at least draft one paragraph to their lenders explaining the decision.
Again, it seems that the new employees/Directors are following the old Lendy modus operandi of letting the lenders know LAST. So much for the new bunch of recruits/employees/Directors, seems a leopard does not change its spots after all!!

How come there's been no activity on this thread since last year... are we the most chilled out, laid back investors in Lendy or what?

How come there's been no activity on this thread since last year... are we the most chilled out, laid back investors in Lendy or what? I suppose we are all being patient and hopeful that the updates from Lendy are accurate. The Recovery Team It was announced on the 1st February 2019, that the Recovery Team, using outside assistance, would transfer the debt to a new SPV. This would be able to be done in the next 14 days... Since then, approaching two months later, the Recovery Team continue to work to deliver the outcome and are still in discussions...

Circa 25% returned to investors today!
It's the now perennial Lendy question of whether to feel depressed by the pitiful recoveries or jump for joy at seeing anything back at all?

Wow, my first ever repayment from Lendy!
Can someone please tell me where I can find any details of what's happened with this loan. There seems to have been no update on the Lendy platform for it for a whole year, other than a1 line transaction statement.

If you google the name of the site you should find details of the sale (throw in the Uk capital and the nationality of Rab C Nesbitt as search terms to narrow the hits down) The last admin report is available on CH (Borrower is the one with the other student blocks that begins with M and the city its in) Awaiting detailed breakdown of distribution from RSM to see where the 1.62m went (administrators renumeration method hadnt been agreed but accumulated fees were around £80k and same in costs)
