I can't seem to find an existing thread on this topic so starting one.
* Provide a facility for investors to get a notification email when the loan(s) they are interested in is offered on the secondary market. (Not all active loans are always listed on the secondary market. Providing this facility will save time in having to keep checking regularly!)
* Provide a history of the secondary market deals (date, time, premium/discount percentage, deal amount) - the last few deals (say 5-10?) for each of the loans.

Generally the reason why loans are available in the SM is because they are the more desirable ones - I imagine most people would be requesting notifications for the same loans. ...so the quickest people to respond would end up hoovering them up, whilst anyone with jobs, other commitments etc would just end up getting frustrated that they are never there when they follow the email link. Could argue current approach is fairer
