I tend to do a bit more active management of my AC accounts; my better half, however, tends to be more fire and forget.
Yesterday, she logged in to shift some cash across to GBBA2 to discover no GBBA2 at all.
Yep, comparing our AC portals side by side and she has no trace of GBBA2 existing.
When contacted, AC stated that some investors are having this problem and they are investigating, though no signs of a fix thus far.
She was using IE and I'm using Chrome, so tried with Firefox but found the same result.
