It can be difficult to search for information on loans due to the different naming conventions (eg. name in full, name partially asterisked out). It would be helpful if the FS reference number was used for all loan-related threads as well as the name.

I agree that it is difficult to find information on specific loans but the problem with using the reference number is that each time the loan renews the reference number changes. Perhaps FS could keep the orginal reference number suffixed by "/n" with the "n" increasing each time the loan renews. I don't currently find it straightforward to see how many times the original loan has renewed.
