For investing in P2P via a SIPP wrapper in a cost effective manner, I would welcome any suggestions of possible options as regards P2P platforms and SIPP providers.
Whilst I am aware of some platforms (e.g. Ratesetter and Proplend) which allow SIPP sourced investments, these are via an external SSAS or SIPP provider offering a 'Full SIPP' whose significant annual (fixed) fees/charges make it cost effective only for large (high five digit plus) SIPPs - I am looking for some options which are cost effective for smaller SIPPs.
I understand P2P is considered as a 'non-standard' investment in FCA jargon and has the effect of increasing a SIPP operator's capital adequacy requirement and so presumably few SIPP providers offer this as an option.
