Hi everyone, Well, the 80K we had in House Crowd looks like it is finally going to be paid back, and so I'm looking for new homes for our money. MT seems very popular, so I'm going to give it a go, but I'm a bit surprised by the small number of loans showing - and by the tiny number which are available to buy into. Is this the norm here? Or is there something I'm missing?

Yes, what you see is very normal. Be there at the launch of loans to get your share and check regularly for secondary market

It will also take a lot of time and / or patience to get that sum invested with a reasonable amount of diversity.

Loan flow is slow and most of the time SM has very little to offer.

Thanks everyone for the heads up! And yes, I'm also with Lendy, Ablrate and Funding Secure, and planning to get started with Collateral soon as well. I'll have to be patient while I build good portfolios with each platform, and not do what I did with Lendy, and chuck 5K into a loan which almost immediately defaulted!!
