Repayment 47 days early - I wonder if the other 4 linked loans will also repay early?

I think these loans already have their own thread. If they’re being sold separately then they could redeem individually (and save the borrower some interest), have a look on rightmove etc.

Photos taken at 3:30pm on Fri 7th Sept The three apartment blocks left to right with back to main road, contain (I think), 15-37 (odds) 39-69 (all ?) 8-30 (evens) respectively. So the original 5 apartments were split between the back and righthand blocks. Some of the apartments on the upper floors will overlook the parking for the football club, and all will have match day noise disturbance.

One of these is in an auction today, guide price of £48,000, auction documents suggest it could have been fully let throughout the administration period, current rental income is £5,700 per annum.
Had BDO been prompt in appointing administrators over the Borrower, then this might have been a slightly rosier picture than it is likely to turn out, as it is it took them until December 2019 to enforce the security, the borrower would have pocketed all the rental income received since Col fell into a hole, it is questionable if he actually kept up monthly interest payments.
Latest filed accounts show secured debts of £135,000 owing on these properties and £503,580 owing on several properties at Apple**n point in Bradford.

Another of these units sold in a sale yesterday, £50,250.
Next one due to be sold in May at a guess.
