I sold some D28 today from 2 accounts. Investor activity shows they have sold, but the parts are still in my selling loans queue with negative queue lengths and my accounts have not been credited with the money. Why are queue lengths going negative?? This appears to be a rather nasty software bug which needs fixing ASAP. Paul64

Yes Lendy have known about it for a long while and have steadfastly done nothing to correct this bug. Shameful.

I wonder if interest will be credited for the 'missing money' which appears to be stuck in a selling state. I know that interest stops when loan parts put up for sale, but AFTER they are sold the money can be re-invested to earn interest again. I appear to be missing out on this interest because Lendy won't give me access to the funds to buy other loans. Paul64

I suggest you cancel the sale. If the system rejects cancellation, keep trying until the bug surrenders. You may then re-list it.

This happened to me yesterday with DLF27....emailed support and got reply back it was sorted...strongly worded I was not happy with this situation....it seems you have to nudge them for them to nudge the queue.. I could not cancel the sale....it would not let me. So had no choice but to wait ...The loan part had sold, but without keeping a really close eye on sale queue, you would be unaware....
There is even a drop down list on the support menu...where you can tick this is happening...so they are well aware it is happening..

Once again we have a negative queue length and stuck loan part. This time with DFL030. When will this problem be solved once and for all??? It has been around for a long long long time!! Paul64
