I've only had interest payments on my Property Loan parts purchased in June and July credited to my account so far today. That for the loan parts I purchased in April and May is unpaid (I don't go back further than this). Has anyone else had this issue? I've emailed savingstream, but no reply yet. There is also a loan over-purchase that hasn't been unwound for PBL 3, that seems to have occurred yesterday, I'm wondering if there's anyone in the office today? |

Yes, I seem to have a similar situation. I've been out most of the day so I don't know what time the payments that are there were credited - it was your post that prompted me to look. Could it be that they are just part way through the calculations and haven't got round to them all yet? Certainly not a situation we've had before.

The ones that have been paid were there by 10 am when I first logged in. I emailed savingstream just after 2.pm as I thought if the run had 'fallen over' it should have got up by then  . |

Dont forget the option to take all Interest 'up front' was available on some of these loans, so there would be no monthly interest payments. If memory serves

I've got chunks of all the PBLs and most of them haven't had any interest credited today. There's definitely been a hiccup.

Yep! I bought a £41.80 remnant of PBL004 recently and I've had my four pence interest credited on 1 August.
However, for my much earlier larger units of several hundred pounds in the same loan I have received no interest.
I haven't checked anything else.
I don't suppose we'll see any action until Monday.
edit: * no interest payments on PBL 001, 002, 003, 005.

Certainly hope not  . As it's the weekend, they're probably just having a couple of days off, and haven't realised there's been a glitch. Edit: this was in response to webbski - I posted simultaneously with grumps - I've known them prod around with the site on a Sunday, so they might do something tomorrow, but Monday much more likely, I agree. |

They were in last Sunday unwinding overfunded loans, so maybe tomorrow....... Interestingly the PBL 3 overfund appears to have unwound itself, I think someone put some more up for sale, cause from memory I'm sure the sequence of the last three activities hasn't changed.
Appreciate they are a small team and everyone needs their hols, but I think they need to get themselves a person Friday to cover for them while they're out/off.

Hi, we can confirm there were errors in processing monthly interest repayments, we are not sure why this was, it is currently being investigated. The existing payments will be unwound and reissued correctly hopefully today if the issue can be resolved. We would like to confirm we have not 'done a runner', Cowes Week is a busy time for us as you can imagine. Once again apologies for the temporary glitch.
