Mr M received the same "we're going to move your money this month" email yesterday.
Which is curious, because he lost access to his account on Friday while they move his money, with absolutely no warning at all. Really hope their systems aren't having a meltdown ...

The grief i give them they've probably got me tagged to make sure the 2 days warning is correct. To be fair I'd have thought they would have this on a delay timer. The thing is email systems servers sometimes - more often than not sadly - get very hit and miss especially on fridays!.
I remember when i was working for a crust, over 10 years ago now, that emails sent on a Friday afternoons sometimes took longer than any other days emails. In fact it was well known in certain circles to send important emails on a Friday after being up the pub for important meetings with the idea that they wouldn't have to deal with any response until Monday morning. ;-)

Sorry, not clear enough in my original post. Mr M's Saturday email was the general one they sent out saying "sorry for the delay, we'll move your money some time this month". I had one too, but my account is still up and accessible.
He has never had any two-days warning email, so I don't think it's the servers! When they sent the vague "not much longer" email his funds were already in the process of being moved, so obviously he shouldn't have received that message at all.
Luckily Mr M is withdrawing on a daily basis, so even if he had had the two days notice it wouldn't have made any practical difference. Someone else might be mightily inconvenienced by it though.

As a result of Mr M's experience I am taking daily drags of the main csv's. All a bit odd though perhaps they changed something and di not test it properly - seems to be quite an issue in zopa of last few months.

My classic to ISA transfer has started. I'm informed that while in progress my account will be unavailable for up to 10 days, after which they will send me an e-mail. In the meantime all I can do is keep my fingers crossed in the hope nothing gets fouled up.

ZZZZZZZZZ........ So I got my SG transfer email last thursday, was expecting it to start today sometime if Mrs Aju's experience a coupls of weeks ago was anything to go by. The email says within 2 Working Days so it seems that it failed that target as its just gone midnight as I write this and I still have all access and nothing is moving as yet. Perhaps they are holding off until all my defaults are processed on both sides . It's interesting that todays default registered on the "current" month statement but the "tax Year to date" statement did not seem to know about it at that time. Not too sure why data would be in two different sets of tables but hey I guess the boffins in Zopa know what they are doing. It can't be that long before there are no longer not enough hours in a day for all Zopas batch processes to catch up - again!.

My move from non ISA to ISA started 6/7 Jan and was 'expected' to take 1 week. It actually took 3 weeks and finished late on 26th. But maybe they have improved the process to two weeks now. I actually got loans dated 11th and 18th Jan, so maybe they had to run the process twice to get it to finish. About £14k moved, left with a small £270 rump in classic, most of which I expect will eventually default.

i'm moving only £5000 in my case - £100 more than Mrs Aju - My lending was considerably more mature than Mrs Aju but its still not started as I write this - i'm about to take some snapshots for today.
edit: Oops, my mistake i'm locked out so the process has started in the last hour or so ....

Hope it goes relatively quickly for you!
I'm topping up my ISA Core on a pretty-much-hourly basis to keep it > 1,900 given that I'll be losing control of it for a period starting at some unknown time.
Not very exciting, but a new header on the ISA page has just appeared:

One thing I am keeping my eye on when it re-surfaces is that Mrs Aju reinvestment options all seemed to point to ISA_Core now. That would seem ok but I thought we had set plus to reinvest to itself in both sides. I've taken snapshots of all pertinent settings in summary of both sides prior to the start of my SG transfer. I'll make sure the reinvest settings are the same and review my lending accordingly.

My move from Classic to ISA Classic has completed - so I estimate that took 6 days. Moved £8k and all but the last £5 was invested.
On a related topic: I have both an ISA Plus and an ISA Core accounts. I set the ISA Plus repayments to be reinvested in ISA Plus and the ISA Core repayments to be reinvested in ISA Core. On at least two occasions I have found that the ISA Core repayments have started going to ISA Plus without my instructions to do so. Has anybody else had this happen?
