First post! Is there any useful calculators or spreadsheets to keep track of funding secure investments, what does everyone else use?

What information do you want to track that funding secure doesn't provide?

* I find manually synchronising data to a spreadsheet to be a laborious fruitless task

Is there a way of collapsing all your loan parts in the same loan on FS into one consolidated figure? When I scroll down the "my investments" page there are 235 entries, many of them multiple parts of the same loan (and on top of this, there are different tranches of loans that also appear higher or lower down the page). It makes it very hard to get an overall picture.

You define the problem, the loan book cant be downloaded so its impossible (unless done manually to key into exel) to analyse your loan book thus you end up with unbalanced portfolio. FS did say in their last newsletter they were working on an extract option. Cant come too soon for me

RE "the loan book cant be downloaded" Log into FS Select: All active and past loans Left Click & hold, then scroll down highlighting all the fields till you get to the bottom Right click & select copy Open a new Excel s/sheet Select top left corner, right click Select paste Voila, all loan book info is there, tidy up & filter as you wish May be an easier way, but I find it a 2 minute job Does not make good reading though once you start filtering
