I noticed this last Friday and assumed it would be fixed on Monday.
How can they leave it like this?
Is no one from RS monitoring the site?
98 people wanting to lend £0 at 5.3%
1303 people £0 at 5.7% etc.
5.7% £0 1303 £183
5.6% £0 41 £183
5.5% £183 2249 £183
5.3% £0.00 98 £0.00

Just a quick point, the number in the middle is the number of LENDERS and not the number of borrowers.
Still doesn't make a lot of sense but, this is Ratesetter we are talking about!

Now showing £0 to be lent at each of 5.5%, 5.6% and 5.7%. Guess the system isn't clearing such entries quickly.
More importantly, first time I've had a match at 6.0% since late Nov.

More importantly, first time I've had a match at 6.0% since late Nov. Interesting. I might come back in to 5yr now. I’ve been sitting it out since early Nov - keeping funds in Rolling.

Well I had a 7 x matched at 6% emails yesterday which cleared my 5 yr unmatched list down to Zero when I looked first thing this morning. But now (several hours later) all the ones that were matched yesteray are back in the unmatched list as if nothing had happened with their original Date Placed dates.  ? I have the 7 emails to prove it so I'm not imagining it.... RS are messing about. |

I've had this happen to me earlier. When I queried it RS said that the loan fell down on due diligence checking My 5.9's went through OK last night. Perhaps a bird in the hand....

All cleaned out! About 15 loans disbursed at between 5.8 and 6%. Just what the doctor ordered

Their response was: "Thank you for your email and apologies for the error. I can confirm the error is caused due to a delay in the figures being removed from the market view after the contracts have been matched and are loan. The orders you see in the screenshot below showing £0 have in effect been matched already to a borrower so can be discounted from the queue. We are working to rectify this error and hope the display issue is solved in the near future. Sorry for any inconvenience caused."

Well, I guess it's harder for them to explain why the total of lenders were the same for 2 days. 3691 To be fair, it could likely be two seperate fixes - fixing the issue that left all those 3691 phantom lenders, and fixing the 3691 phantom lenders left by that issue.

I've just had 2 of my Lending offers - from 24 Jan and 25 Jan - re-appear in my account, having been matched previously. Guess the problem is still there.
