Am I the only one in this platform? I dipped my toe in the water with a small investment into autoinvest last year and rather forgot about it. I am now trying to rationalise my holdings and would like to withdraw it but I can't see how.
Later edit: Or maybe increase my investment to a sensible level, one or the other.

You're definitely not the only one on the platform! I'd be impressed if you'd funded all those properties yourself 😉
Seriously though it's under the equities section of the forum and I for one am an avid user of PP and am slowly increasing my holding there.

I am now trying to rationalise my holdings and would like to withdraw it but I can't see how. Once you've sold your shares, go to "My Account" (via drop-down menu at top right). In the wide bar near the top there is then a white box with links to "Add Funds" and/or "Withdraw".

Different type of properties but really puts property moose to shame. Wish I'd just stuck with property partner from the beginning.

Different type of properties but really puts property moose to shame. Wish I'd just stuck with property partner from the beginning. That's a sentiment I share, too. Hopefully when their first properties reach term there'll be some good exit experiences and valuations proved to be not as over estimated as PM's. That's when I think we'll really know if PP are a sound bet or not. They're certainly meeting their predicted dividends (unlike PM!) so far, so this gives me reassurance they know what they're doing. Their team appears to be far more experienced tan PM's too. I'm also hoping Brickowner takes off (not least because I bought a morsel of Seedrs equity); they brought student housing out before PP and provide property opportunities other than BTL.
